What is included in your tenant communication service?

For a yearly fee of £200 per tenancy, we handle tenant communications regarding repairs, general enquiries and any issues or concerns they might have, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly. This service frees you from managing tenant enquiries while providing peace of mind that everything is handled professionally.

Do you source tenants?

No, PPJ does not directly source tenants. However, we can put you in contact with our trusted letting agent partner who can help you find reliable tenants for your property. With our industry experience, we can also provide advice to ensure your property is marketed effectively and professionally.

Who Handles Check-Outs When a Tenant Leaves?

The check-out process is best handled by the same letting agent who conducted the tenant's check-in and inventory, ensuring consistency and fairness when comparing the property's initial and final condition. At PPJ, we’ll handle all communication with our trusted letting agent partner, ensuring the process is smooth and efficient, while you as the landlord retain the final say in all decisions.

Do you manage HMO's

Yes, we manage HMOs for £100 per tenant - per year, offering comprehensive services tailored to meet the specific needs of multi-tenant properties. From handling tenant communication to organising repairs, we ensure your HMO runs smoothly and efficiently.

What happens if a landlord requires someone to visit the property?

As a virtual property manager, we arrange for a vetted local professional to visit your property for inspections, or general checks. Just like any other job! Any additional costs for this service will be communicated to you upfront.

What Happens if i want to switch back to managing my property myself?

You can cancel our service at anytime by providing written notice.
