With PPJ Property Management, simply sign up to give us an overview of your property and tenant needs, and we’ll handle the rest. Our team ensures that tenant communication is managed smoothly, repairs are organised efficiently, and regular updates are sent to keep you informed. You maintain control, while we take on the daily tasks, saving you time and reducing stress. Our process is built to let you focus on what matters most, knowing your property is in capable hands.
Once you sign up for our tenant communication service for just £200 per year, your property will be fully managed by us. You can access a variety of services as needed, from finding a new tenant to replacing a door handle, all without monthly fees—just simple admin charges. This way, you only pay for what you need, because that’s what property management should be all about!
Please note when the new renters right bill becomes official law, PPJ will change their pricing structure to £200 per year per property, regardless of tenant turnover. Our other services will carry on as normal.
